In der Theorie und nach alten Regeln ist das ein Dupe (siehe z.B. DVD und BD), allerdings gibt es keine deutschen WEB Rules, demnach könnte man auch sagen, dass das in Ordnung ist, wenn man untouched statt Rip bringt bzw jeder sein Release wie er will. US Rules spielen hier keine Rolle.

Unterm Strich kann man also froh sein, wenn bestmögliche Qualität kommt und man es im Archiv ersetzen kann,

Hat wer ein Mediainfo zu dem Deep.Impact.1998.GERMAN.DL.AC3.DUBBED.2160p.WEBRIP.x265-PiRAToS ? Könnte falsch tagged sein, weil HDR drin ist, dann wäre es kein dupe...

Als Beispiel hier: https://www.xrel.to/movie-nfo/2325440/The-Climb-2019-German-DL-AC3-DUBBED-2160p-WEB-x265-PiRAToS.html , laut mediainfo aus dem Kommentar "SMPTE ST 2086, HDR10 compatible" aber im releasename steht nix von HDR...

Ist die Quelle von dem PiRAToS Release, wäre also sowieso nuke wegen p2p source.
