Designed for gamers who want all the fun of a state-of-the-art flight
simulation without all of the complexity.

Red Baron is easy to learn and easy to play, but offers countless
hours of high-flying fast-action game play.

Return to the bygone era when man and machine first took to the skies
in a face-to-face battle of skill and tactics. Take to the cockpit of
the world's first combat aircraft, made of wood canvas and wire. There
are no parachutes.

Only your skill, tactics, and bravery will set you apart from the
legends that will fall from the sky. It is your time and place to
conquer all, become a hero, a legend figure known as an ACE.

Red Baron will be enjoyed by the entire family. With three different
arcade style games in one package, users will experience the tone of
the Red Baron series configured to their level of expertise. Novice
pilots need not fear, with a user friendly menu system and a novice
difficulty level, Red Baron is configurable to be an introduction to
air combat.

Features:

* Fly Now! allows users to fly instantly in a one-on-one battle of
courage, skill and tactics against enemy aircraft. They will ascend
into the heavens high above the clouds into the unknown. If
victorious in battle, additional aircraft will challenge their
chivalrous nature.

* Red Baron Challenge allows users to test their mettle against
legendary ACE figures. Each challenge requires true courage as the
legends become more experienced in air combat tactics. To claim the
medal of honor one must face the deadliest and darkest of all
enemies, the deadly Red Baron.

* Hot Seat Competition is a turn-based arena for up to 5 players. Time
is limited. It is the darkest of times, as one pilot must defeat an
unlimited amount of enemy aircraft. Only the strong shall survive
this competition. The end results relies on a scoring system, and
only one shall claim the medal of honor.

* 8 Flyable Aircraft including: Nieuport 28, Spad XIII, Sopwith Camel,
S.E.5a, Pfalz D.III, Albatross D.Va, Fokker Dr. I and Fokker D. VII.

* 3D Graphic Acceleration creates a world so real, it requires true
courage to step into the cockpit. 3D support includes Glide
compatible 3Dfx based cards.

* Low altitude perception trees and shrubs fill the landscape,
providing depth perception during low altitude dogfighting.

* Cloud variations and layering effects create an awe-inspiring sky
filled with the dangerous unknown.

* New realistic textures enhance smoke, fog, sun-glare, explosions,
anti-aircraft gun fire, cockpits, buildings and enemy aircraft special
effects.

Install:

Unzip, and then either unace manually or use the INSTALL.EXE.
You need to have the Intel Indeo 5 video codec installed - find it at
www.intel.com if you haven't got it yet.
Start the game with CYRB.EXE.
