P L O T
Colonel Matrix has retired and is living with his 10 year
old daughter in the country. His Daughter is kidnapped to
assure that Matrix will kill the president of a latin
American country to allow the return of a dictator.
Matrix escapes off a plane flight and has until it lands
to rescue his daughter. Matrix must follow the clues he
has and solve the mystery in time.

Technical Notes: The first scene release of this was by
ELITEMEDIA; wasn't telecined down to 23.976 fps
which resulted in one dupe frame for every five making
for jerky video. Did anyone ivtc back then?
Ours was ivtc'd to the PROPER framerate of 23.976
resulting in a nice rip of this Arnie classic.
