HALLAM FOE marks actor Jamie Bell's fist starring role in a
British film since he rose to prominence in 2000's award-winning
BILLY ELLIOT. Bell stars as Hallam, a young man that suspects that
his stepmother may have had a hand in the sudden death of his
biological mother. Fleeing the family home, Hallam takes up residence
