Think it's worth just reading the IMDB Trivia on this
one......
In 2002 while under development, the hard drives holding
the animation were stolen. The filmmakers had to start over.
The film was originally set for release in Dec. 2003 but
due to multiple complications took nearly a decade to
release. In September 2011, with the film still unreleased,
bondholders forced the sale of the movie at auction.
Opening bid was set at $2.5 million.
More interesting information about the various issues
involved in the making of this movie which ended up losing
a lot of money and ended up being a terrible end product
in animation (Looks like Nintendo 64 graphics).
