clear and practical ways to show my students how to keep themselves safe in simple and effective
ways. This DVD is great. The material covered is practical and to the point. For someone who doesn't
want to spend months or years training, this is the answer. I picked up extra copies of the women's
video and gave them to the women in our offices. I can't think of a better gift.

I've bought numerous books and videos on self defense and have taken many courses over the years.
Some were taught by karate instructors other by "military" people, I've always found them very
confusing and difficult to understand. This course walked me through simple techniques that REALLY
work. My wife talked me into this after watching the womens course, she loved the womens course. I
highly recommend this course
