PLOT
Howard's Way was a drama series which was broadcast on BBC1 in
the United Kingdom. The show was set in the fictional town of
Tarrant and followed the personal and professional lives of
the yachting community.
EPISODE SUMMARY
Episode Nine
Jan's concerns for Polly's plans to go into direct competition
cause further disquiet. There are problems when Emma takes the
Orkadian for a trial run without Jack's knowledge. Abby is
eager for her photographic exhibition to be a critical success
while Tom and Emma accept an appealing business proposition
from Charles. Ken seeks revenge by telling tales about Sarah's
discussions with Sir John Stevens and Polly is all too obliged
to spread the news. Meanwhile, Sir Edward expresses an
interest in Jan's personal life. Charles demands that Sarah
brings hard evidence of fraud at Langcrest.
