Emergency! was a popular medical drama television series. It debuted
as a midseason replacement in 1972 on NBC and ran until 1977. The show
featured dedicated civil servants handling two or three varied and
unrelated incidents during a typical shift.

It is not possible to get a bitrate above 2800 kbps with 4 hours and
5 minutes of video.
(4 700 000 000 * 8 bit) / (14 700 s) = 2 557 823 bit/s = 2 558 kbit/s
Substract 192 kbit/s for the audio and we are left with 2366 kbit/s.
And then there is some space required for menus and some other stuff.
We considered splitting this into two discs but decided against it
because we would have had to split in the middle of an episode due
to the uneven number of episodes on this disc.
