Summary

A previous contractor hired by the homeowners insurance company to repair the home
after an electrical fire leaves behind incomplete and substandard work. Mike and
crew arrive and, after completely gutting the home, find they must remove asbestos
insulation from the basement and do a full toxic-waste remediation caused by leakage
from a heating-oil tank left buried in the back yard.
