Proper reason: Bad cropping. The first 3 minutes of the Dimension
encode has an annoying little line at the top of the screen,
sample of the first minute of Dimension's encode provided.
Isn't it annoying when you are trying to make a point and it comes
right back to bite you in the ass?
2 days ago Dimension tried to lecture us about how we amateurs
better learn to encode x264. Well boys, at least we know what
cropping means
Of course cropping means resizing and that means longer encoding time
and that might mean loosing a race. What was your point again about
speed over quality and getting it done right?
So what happened? You didn't see the bad cropping, which means you are blind.
You don't know how to crop which means you are clueless. Or you didn't
care which means you don't care half as much about quality as you would like
us to believe. Which one is it? No rush, take your time :D
