Small update with some bug fixes and minor balance adjustments to Condor X and Gancho Puncho.

Side special hat will push the victim towards him on the way back
Down special hat is no longer breakable
Condor X
Condor's mine now does less damage and less knockback
Sting'ra
Sting'ra can now dair with C Stick
Yooka-Laylee
Fixed a bug with Yooka's side special where projectiles would remain still and not be captured
Ripjack
Fixed a bug with Ripjack where poison rain was not visible when used offstage
Coins are now properly displayed for people who played ranked
Automatic input lag in matchmaking and private lobbies has been adjusted and will now typically use one extra frame of delay compared to the last patch.
