- Fixed crash when switching quickly from multiplayer Shatter Bay Racing to Domination Match and vice versa.

- Fixed multiplayer bandwidth detection, detecting a too low bandwidth, only occurs on very low bandwidth connections
- Fixed crash when several controllers installed (there's still a crash when a forth controller is connected, that will be fixed in the next patch)
- Fixed multiplayer join failing with certain combinations of NAT devices, and thus practically preventing full lobbies (edit, was missing before)
