Revision / addition on the menu:
· Better understand second function (differentiation keyboard / controller)
· Assignment of the controller (steering wheel) are displayed in a different color
· Built-in reset button for key assignment / assignment (assignments will be reset buttons on original DVD Settings)

· Levels installed: You can now change the menu every time of difficulty between Easy, Normal and Hard. (Varies depending on adjusted earnings per ride high difficulty)
