for the Nintendo DS.

Delight in healthy meals!
Create a personalised profile and note preferences such as your budget,
time constraint or ingredient preferences to get daily recipe
suggestions and plan weekly meals using the calendar. You can even
input food into a virtual refrigerator and cupboard to get recipes for
the ingredients you already have at home!

Help with the shopping
The game also has space for your shopping lists, which you can take
with you when planning your meals. Convert from imperial to the metric
system using a conversion tool or vice versa and use a glossary to
look up unknown ingredients.

Cook on your handheld
Avoid messes by practicing your recipes in a virtual kitchen and
choose from 250 comprehensive, great-tasting recipes developed by
chefs. Get the best out of every meal with nutritional tips from a
certified nutritionist and for extra guidance, a handsfree option can
be applied for step-by-step voice assistance. You can even control the
pace of instruction with your voice!

NOTE: Both releases from BAHAMUT are no valid releases. First the
My_Cooking_Coach_Prepare_Healthy_Recipes_EUR_READNFO_NDS_DSi-BAHAMUT
release had the DSi parts of the game badly dumped. The later released
My_Cooking_Coach_Prepare_Healthy_Recipes_EUR_INTERNAL_NDS_DSi-BAHAMUT
was a correct dump, but released internal. So here is the first valid
release.
