This is a Fix the the SECOND MRN release. Thousands are having
problems with this release, so simply use this fix and the game
will work. See instruciions below

Instructions:

Extract mrn's "Working" Iso using QWIX.
Copy & Overwrite these files into the game directory
Recreate ISO using Qwix, Burn and Enjoy.

Tested Multiple times  (we like to be sure)

This fix Will Still have the reboot issue
(reboot after creating a profile) simply reload, load profile
and your sorted

While the Xbox-live "Global Championship isnt playable,
Every other mode is fine

Not perfect, But should do you all untill The NTSC is out....
