From the studio that made Demon Gaze comes Operation Abyss: New Tokyo
Legacy, a sci-fi dungeon crawler RPG set in a near future Tokyo. With
the city under the constant threat of Variants - genetically
engineered monsters - and the emergence of portals leading to a
mysterious dimension called the Abyss, the government has established
the Code Physics Agency to investigate these mysterious phenomena. The
Xth Squad - a unique group of teens modified by the CPA's Code
technology - must evade traps, face down powerful monsters, and
investigate the mystery behind the Abyss.

Robust customization system - Each character's appearance, job class,
personality, moral alignment, starting stats, and overall stat growth
can be dictated by the player when creating party members. These
decisions affect what types of equipment can be used and the
character's overall effectiveness in battle. Players also have the
ability to customize equipment and items for their characters using
materials they find inside dungeons.

A true dungeon crawler for all-level gamers - Dungeons in this game
are very labyrinthine in design and filled with traps, and the game
gives the player the tools they need to map dungeons as they explore
them and notate where traps and hazards are found. Spending too much
time in a dungeon makes the monsters stronger and more aggressive, so
players need to use these tools to retrace their steps and clear
dungeons quickly before they get overwhelmed.

A unique sci-fi story with excellent artwork - The game has a gripping
story that blends heavy sci-fi elements with a "near-future" setting,
giving the game a unique sci-fi feel. Since the game is set in Tokyo,
players can expect to visit numerous locales and landmarks that
actually exist in the real Tokyo. The Locales and characters Truly
draw the player into the game thanks to the gorgeous character designs
by Tesu Kurosawa and portraits by Oxijiyen - best known for their work
on Demon Gaze.
