DLC Unlocker Notes:

Apply this DLC Unlocker on the Japanese cartridge release by HR
and install the required Update v1.0.6.1 which also includes
English language support and adds new DLC songs to the collection!

We created a single nsp package to unlock all DLC available in
v1.0.6.1 (v458752) and a few bonus songs.
The new Update/DLC just came out.
