Conspiracy - Deluxe Edition brings the famous mystery series to
your TV screen, making it the perfect opportunity for would-be
sleuths to share the joy of puzzle-solving with friends and family!
Solve puzzles at home or on the go, playing with either button or
motion controls to help Katrielle crack the case, and enjoy deluxe
features including enhanced visuals and redesigned puzzles catered
specifically for Nintendo Switch.
Our story begins with Katrielle setting up the Layton Detective
Agency on Chancer Lane, determined to prove her worth and hoping
that the exposure will help her to uncover clues regarding her
missing father's whereabouts. Whizzing around London on her trusty
bicycle, solving case after unlikely case, Katrielle becomes
embroiled in a quizzical quest that eventually leads to her
unwitting discovery of the Millionaires' Conspiracy...
Thankfully, Katrielle isn't alone in her endeavours - a young
Gressenheller student by the name of Ernest Greeves joins the
agency as her assistant, and the team quickly grows to three when
Sherl, a talking dog, becomes Katrielle's first client and
subsequent trusty sidekick.
Gather up clues as you answer conundrums and pin down the logic in
seemingly illogical situations. The more puzzles you solve, the
closer to cracking each case you'll come - but you can always
revisit an old case to seek out anything extra you might have
missed!
Thanks to Nintendo Switch, you can now enjoy sharing the experience
with others by playing on your TV as well as on the go. Use either
button or motion controls to explore your surroundings, speak to
characters and discover puzzles, plus hidden Hint Coins that can
help out when you're in a pinch. Other special coins hidden in the
scenery unlock all sorts of new outfits, so you can give Katrielle
dazzling new looks as she cracks cases. Each outfit you unlock
comes with its own special puzzle and, better yet, the Nintendo
Switch version features over 50 new outfits and all the original
game's DLC outfits from the get-go!
LAYTON'S MYSTERY JOURNEY: Katrielle and the Millionaires'
Conspiracy - Deluxe Edition features more puzzles than any game in
the Layton series so far, including more than 40 puzzles exclusive
to Nintendo Switch! What's more, you can download Daily Puzzles
every day from launch for a full year!
Puzzles aren't the only things that London has to offer, though.
Uncover collectibles as you explore, or pop back to the Layton
Detective Agency between cases and redecorate it as you like,
changing walls, rugs, tables and more. In the Layton Museum,
exchange museum points - earned by completing Daily Puzzles - for
memorabilia and build up a fine archive of objects from Katrielle's
famous father's former forays.
When you need a break from sleuthing, try your hand at a trio of
additional minigames: devise delicious dinners for discerning
diners, sort a shop to sell stockpiles of stuff, or lead Sherl out
of the pound in as few rounds as can be found. You can also dip
into Case Codas to see side stories that run parallel to your main
adventure.
