Release Info:

Set sail and join the colonial powers of Spain, England, France and the
Netherlands in their fight for supremacy of the Caribbean in the 17th
century. In 'Port Royale 4' you will take control of a colony as a young
and ambitious governor who is eager to learn what it takes to manage and
grow his small settlement into a bustling trader city.

like rum or luxuries.

New features:
1)Warehouses
- Introduced a difficulty setting for the free game to enable the old
implementation of warehouses from previous titles of the series. This will
require you to build a warehouse first before being able to build
production buildings.
- To have your warehouse auto-sell goods to town from now on, you need to
hire an administrator first.
- Reduced cost for warehouse upkeep and split it up between the warehouse
itself and the upkeep for a warehouse administrator.
2)Tweaks to money
- Removed trade license requirement for towns of your own nation.
- Decreased the starting funds because you do not need to buy trade
licenses from the start now. Money should feel more valuable in the
beginning with this change.
- Tweaked price curves to reduce price plateaus during trading.
- Increased cost of buying ships, making ordering them viable again.
3)Difficulty settings
- Completely revamped the difficulty settings for the free game menu,
making it much easier to use.
- We exposed more difficulty choices to the player, like choosing between
the new and the old implementation of the warehouses.
- You have now the option to choose between 3 different pre-set
difficulties or to customize the difficulty to your liking.
We recommend "I want a relaxing game" for new players and "I want a decent
challenge" for veteran players as the starting difficulties.

In order to play our rips you will need :

How-to:

- Unpack PS4 Exploit Host on your computer

- Configure your PS4 to use your computer's IP as DNS servers

- Format your USB drive/key to exFAT

- Copy our .pkg file to the root of your USB drive/key

- Plug your USB drive/key to one of the USB ports of your PS4

- On your PS4, go to 'Settings', 'User's Guide'
- Start current HEN exploit

- Go to Debug Settings / Game / Package Installer

- Install our .pkg and start the game
