Working*, Tested on Hermes v3, Open Manager v1.16 Normal Mode using following method:
Delete game data (In XMB>Game>Game Data Utility or delete /dev_hdd0/game/BCUS98103/ )
In jailbreak mode, use FTP or similar to copy folder to /dev_hdd0/vsh/task/
e.g. /dev/_hdd0/vsh/task/00000001/
There should be 4 files copied, make sure you copied the 0 byte file.
Turn off PS3, power cycle, turn on PS3 in regular mode.
Go to Games menu, find UPDATE and press X to install.
Turn off PS3, power cycle, turn on PS3 in jailbreak mode, play updated game!
* There are times when game disc is needed in drive on first boot, but not again.
* If you have problems, try loading the game up and playing it first, then apply update. |
