The same member who who brought you our
Chihuahua dump decided to dump their
other "breeds" of card too, just for
shits n giggles. When they compared their
Labrador dump to the Squirrels release it
was a perfect match, but when they did a
compare of the Dachshund dump to the
Legacy release.. it turned out different!
Stay tuned cause here's the science bit:
NDS roms all have files inside them, in
the different breeds of Nintendogs rom
all of the files are the same except for
one, "buildtime.txt". We did a compare of
the files in our dump to the ones in the
LGC dump and one other file was different
"2D\Ita_friend_list.narc". Thinking we
might have dumped the corrupt rom we did
a redump to a different CF card and got
the same results. We then compared all
the other Nintendogs files against each
other and the files in our Dachshund
dump matched the files in our Chihuahua
dump and the files in Squirrels Labrador
dump too... This leads us to believe that
the LGC dump is corrupt and so we are
beaming with pride to present you our
PROPER :D
