Wipice released this one before but they didnt mentioned that
there rip wasn t even a half rip, 60 Hz mode doesn t work,
two player mode doesn t work, no reverse tracks and so on
So we decided to bring u a working Multiplayer disc, one
player modes won t work, 60 Hz mode works, the AC3 sounds and
the reverse tracks had to go ... (as in the wipice release)
Its multilanguage english, french, spanish, german, italian!
!!!This disc is only for two player Head to Head mode!!!
Look around for our Single player disc, released at the same
time, if u don t have it, the 60Hz mode will also work on
that disc!
Burn as usuall with CDErwin ...!!

Game Info
According to the game's developers at Criterion Games, the
principle inspiration behind Burnout comes from some of the
most memorable car chases from action films, as the game's
goal is to take the "white-knuckle" and "foot-to-floor"
action of racing on tracks to major highways and the city
streets. In particular, the game's designers have mentioned
that they looked at movies like Ronin (best car chase ever)
and games like Electronic Arts' original The Need For Speed
when they were in the early stages of making this all-new
title that's being published worldwide by Acclaim.
And based on the short time we've been able to go hands-on
with the game, it looks as if the fine folks over at Criterion
have put together a first-class game that really gives the
player a realistic sensation of driving through populated
and living city and highway streets. One of the reasons that
it's able to do this is that it makes use of a highly
sophisticated and intelligent traffic system which makes
racing through these tracks at top speeds fairly intense and
pretty random in nature.
Special attention has also been paid towards the crashes, and
we can say without much worries about making an overstatement
that what we have here are the best crashes that have ever
been in a videogame. You will really feel the impact of each
crash and some of the bigger ones can get fairly intense.
What's more, the crashes sport some fairly realistic physics,
so if you go head on with a huge truck, you and not the truck
you hit will be doing most of the flying around.
The control is completely arcade-like and it works perfect for
this type of game as the main goal is to get through these
trafficked streets as quickly as possible and you're rewarded
with an extra turbo for driving dangerously. By doing risky
maneuvers, such as weaving out of the way of on oncoming truck
at the last second, you fill up a risk bar and once that's
filled, you get an extra turbo boost.
And it's the combination of the perfect arcade-styled controls,
powerful crashes, realistic trafficked streets and how well
they all work together that have really made Burnout come out
of nowhere to be one of the game's that we're most excited
about for the second half of the year for PS2. The feeling of
tension that you'll feel when driving through an intersection
with cars crossing through it is simply out of this world and
is something that no ever racing game has ever come close to
re-creating.
As far as features are concerned, the game sports 14 exciting
courses based on styles of real-life locales in both Europe and
the United States. There is also a multitude of cars to select
in the game's single- and multi-player game modes, such as
Championship, Duel, Single Race, Time Attack, Survival and
Head-to-Head. And while not licensed, the cars look to be
at least loosely based on many real-life vehicles.
The game's graphics are also fairly impressive as the company
has done a splendid job of using the RenderWare tools and
specific machine code used specifically for the game. This is
doubly important as the crashes just wouldn't be the same if it
were not for the excellent damage model that allows you to crush
your cars in a seemingly endless amount of ways.
