has an improper ticket and is overwritten with kikekakikrules!!
although this may not effect all Wii Consoles this is a PROPER release.
This also means that although kikekakikrules!! releases are improperly
packed they dont need to be nuked until a proper is pred.
BlaZe was the first group to notice this but even there WAD packer
makes bad WAD files. OneUp suggests you use trent_fox's wad packer with
trunca signing/region free unchecked.
Thanks to one of our new SOP who just happens to be a huge VC fan for
supplying us with some of the dumps he bought when he was rich. A++ SOP!!
