Best Soccer game on any console......
Ninth installment in Konami's acclaimed soccer series.
Improvements for this version include two new positions,
Wing Back and Second Top, improved character animation,
with basic motions having been recaptured. The game also
adds play in snowy conditions, with the players' breath
being visible in the cold. All your favorite modes are back,
including an improved Master League with more precise control
over player growth.

Notes :

Here is the next foray in the wildy popular Winning Eleven Series.
Although some people might misconstrue this as dupe, they are
remarkably misinformed.  There are significant extras added to the
Winning Eleven series that overshadow the inferior product named
Pro Evo Soccer.  Aside the fact that it includes gameplay additions
that haunted Pro Evo, it also has significantly more teams. Which
pretty much implies that Konami realizes Pro Evo was an incomplete
mockery of a Futbol game.
