ROMs generated by GW's dumper are filled with data at 0x1200 to 0x1247.
To be "more thorough than any scene dumps currently out" is maybe questionable here.
This is more like the chip ID value forced at this offset, which is unused by
flashcarts at the moment. At least this area does not contain anything in cartridge
chips. Why not exporting this info in a separate file and keep the ROMs clean?
By waiting for a real use of this, we prefer to stick to the old raw dumping method.
