RELEASE NOTES

In the near future there is a war being fought over Bacteria 241, a
strange new energy source found in its raw form at the bottom of the
ocean.

The scientists of Eco Systems organization have developed a way to
extract the energy source from the bacteria. Unfortunately their plans
to be the sole providers of this energy to the world have been crushed
by the invading and combative Proteus Tech.

It's up to you to lead one faction into battle: Either to save the
world for the Eco Systems, or destroy and dominate as commander of
Proteus Tech.

Ripped:

The only thing missing from this release is the 30 MB intro.avi. This
little movie was played once a new game was started up. This causes a
little graphical problem if you don't have a 3dfx card. Just hit ALT+
ENTER to switch to window mode, then ALT+ENTER to switch back to full
screen, and everything should be ok.

Installation:

Unzip, use the installer or unace (e.g. xace fabyss.ace c:\games\fabyss\)
and run FATAL ABYSS.EXE. Also make sure to check out Shrine's intro. Its
on the first disk.
