Release Notes:

The Skid Rowdies are looking new blood to fill up the ranks.
We're a professional team of dedicated sceners with big mark
under sceners. We believe on the ground idealism of the root
of the real old school scene. We do all this for fun and
nothing else. We don't earn anything on our hobby as we do
this for the competition and the heart of what got the scene
started in the mid eighties.

If you think you got something to offer, then don't hold back
on contacting us as soon as possible.

On with the game release information:

Tropico 3 v1.04 Update

- Fixed multiple issues with the German translation
- Fixed overflow in safety/crime overlay
- Overall performance improvements
- Improved performance on single core CPUs
- Radio system made more robust
- You can no longer build two Secret Police Headquarters
- Subtitles no longer show while in main menu
- Always stop music playback in main menu
- Citizen camera tweaks
- Arrows point at the builders of the selected construction

Install Notes:

1. Unpack the included rar files.
2. Run Tropico3.patch.v1.04.exe and install
3. Copy the cracked content from SKIDROW directory to your
main installation directory and overwrite.
4. Play the game

Additional Notes:

Since ViTALiTY's serial is blacklisted, you can't update the
game directly from the game menu. Furthermore even with the
updated files, the game will still ask for a valid serial.

This release will fix the blacklisted serial problem from the
ViTALiTY release.

Of course, you also get the latest update as well.
