Using Warbirds in CFS2
Aircraft
Once installed, you can access the aircraft in CFS2 along side the default
planes. The planes are listed as follows:
- Abacus A-10 Thunderbolt
- Abacus B-2 Spirit
- Abacus F-15C Eagle
- Abacus F-15E Strike Eagle
- Abacus F-16C Falcon (Military Grey)
- Abacus F-16C Falcon (House paint)
- Abacus F-16C Falcon (Tiger)
- Abacus F-16D Camo Trainer
- Abacus F-16D Falcon (Military Trainer)
- Abacus F-16D Falcon (IAF Trainer)
- Abacus F-16D Falcon (Tiger Trainer)
You can use these aircraft in Free Flight, Single Missions and Quick Combat
(as flyable aircraft).
First, set the Parking Brake once the plane is loaded. Once set, simply
press 'E' to start the Engines. Once you are notified that the engines are
started, increase the throttle and release the Parking Brake to take off.
As you increase speed, you may need to adjust the trim to keep your aircraft
in level flight.
Scenery
To access the Diego Garcia scenery in Free Flight and Quick Combat, click
the Start Location button, then the Advanced Go To button. Now click the
'Scenery From FS95 and before' button. Here you will see Diego Garcia and
Diego Garcia Hanger listed. Click one and click OK, and OK again and you are
ready to start your Free Flight.
Be sure to check out the scenery at night!
NOTE: PERiOD don't extract the files bevore they compress them, so their
rip has bad compression ratio. We decompress the setup files and use
uharc to compress (lossless compression). Our rip is 12 discs smaller
and include the same files like PERiOD, nothing is ripped.

1. Unzip and unace with WinAce 2.x into the MS Combat Flight Simulator dir.
2. Extract the gamefiles with "unpack.bat"
