An Epic Role Playing Game
The gameplay is Mistmare is an immersive mixture of action,
adventuring and RPG elements as you lead Isador, the inquisitor monk,
on an epic journey through an alternative Europe ravaged by years of
conflicts.
In a parellel dimension, the history of the world has taken an evil
turn. The populace, under the guidance of the all-powerful Roman
Church have neglected the sciences and reverted to spell-casting and
magic. A thousand years before, the sorceror priests, whilst
dabbling in the occult, spawned an evil mist that spread over the
earth, devouring everything in its path. Now, the year is 1996, and
only a few cities survive as scattered beacons of light in a dark
world. Their survival depends on enchanted bells that ring out from
the cities Cathedrals to ward off the mist.
Follow Isador around the remaining cities of European on a grand
manhunt that leads directly to the secret behind the mist.
