PENTAGRAM proudly presents SYSTEM SHOCK from ORIGIN. The previous
version which was spread was a rather unstable beta copy. We bring
you the final!
System Shock: Origin did it again... You can tune the game to be
an arcade-like shoot them up like Doom, but with a vast array of
mutants, cyborgs and other creatures, an incredible arsenal ranging
from all type of grenades to pistols and magnetic-displacement
rifles. You also have the option to make it the absolute best
futuristic adventure game ever! The graphics are incredible, the
sounds awesome, and the non-stop 3-D, and fully-rotational action
will leave dizzy and begging for more!
[At difficulty level 16 overall, expect an addictive gameplay time
of at least 30 hours.]
You are a Hacker who finds himself within the Trioptium
Corporation's space station when the central Artificial Intelligence
- SHODAN - decides to take over and exterminate humankind and
populate the universe with his minions: cyborgs and genetically
engineered mutants. You awaken in the Medical level and
will have to fight your way through Assassin Cyborgs and Mutants
to clear the elevator to the Research level... Then
you'll have to make it past a robotic hell, stalked by Hoppers,
Security and maintenance robots and more monstrosities like the
Zero-Gravity Creatures. On the Maintenance Level, you
will jump in surprise when suddenly assaulted by invisible mutants.
And the adventure goes on, requiring for you to secure all type
of equipment, both assault weapons and protective wares. You will
often need to jack into the cyberspace terminals to discover some
missing piece of data, or unlock some special security area. The
adventure will take you to the Reactor level (Level R), to set the
station on auto-destruct and back up to the Bridge (Level 9) to
fight Shodan in his Cyberspace Realm... If you make it past the
Elite Cyborg Guard, the Mutated Cyborgs and Security 2 robots...
But these are just the main tasks, but there are still levels 4
through 8 to deal with! Multiple subplots, ennemies and allies,
and always that incredible hardware!
A world of hi-tech, steel, radioactivity and macabre is awaiting you!

SPECIAL GROUP GREETS:
1- First of all, we wish to congratulate LEGEND on their sportsmanship.
Instead of wasting your time arguing with the assholes of Razor
responsible for CHEATING on the DUPE release of Lode Runner for
Windows by daring to upload fake duplicate filenames of your release
on UE, you just went ahead and left them behind with their now
ancient victories, scoring on two cool releases in the past couple
days.
2- Second of all, we wish to give proper credit where it's due:
FRONT PAGE SPORTS BASEBALL 94's credit goes to HIGH VOLTAGE.
Razor released a non-working crack. We follow the rule
WIDELY accepted that only the first WORKING COPY wins. We will
therefore nuke the lame Razor version from our boards and invite
everybody who still have it online to do the same.
Now I'm still amazed that many nuked the HV release over TRC's.
Well, that goes to show how well informed that character is.
3- Third of all, we need to issue a formal warning: we do not desire
any conflict with Razor. But, if the asshole you have for a leader
keeps on trying to steal our boards and create dissension in our
ranks, we WILL retaliate, and I GUARANTEE that nobody in Razor would
gain from such an open conflict.
Competition is a good thing, and feelings can run hot. We, at
PENTAGRAM know better than get into rag wars and other type of
lowly activities. But we will not allow some obnoxious looser with
a power trip to bother us as he wishes... So Razor people, it's your
call... I thought that by now you'd have realized that your group
has suffered enough from the degradations imposed by that dinosaur's
point of view and needless abuse of allies and competitors alike.
So, Razor's back... Big deal... 5 releases, 3 of which are
either dupes or incorrectly cracked.
1- Lode Runner for Windows DUPE of INC (Plus they cheated
against Legend)
2- Botched crack of Delta V, for which two patches were
required.
3- Botched crack for FPS baseball.
Razor also suffered the intantaneous loss of many of the scene's
friendships and respect after only a few days of
re-appearance. Well done! How can that be? Could 'the
sleeping giants' have turned to a bunch of ragging midgets?
Not ALL of Razor, but the leaders did! Hell, the thief Lord
Thinker, who made of with everybody's trust and money with that
pitiful SYNDROME venture where we found out what a liar he is,
and the rabid dog: the Renegade Chemist, out of control now that
all the decent personalities have fled the group due to his
unbearable barking.
That is, or should be none of our buisness... So lets keep it that
way... I won't say it again... Razor keep on you turf and leave
us the fuck alone...
