Kentucky Route Zero is a point and click game and contains text-based dia-
logue instead of vocal audio. There are no puzzles or challenges, the
focus of the game is on storytelling and atmosphere. The player controls
Conway, and clicks on the screen to either drag him to another spot, or
interact with other characters and objects. The player also has the choice
to choose the dialogue Conway speaks when talking with another character.
When done searching an area, Conway can hop in his truck to travel to a
different location. A map is shown when traveling on the road, and the
player must then guide their truck icon to the destination of their choo-
sing, mostly areas where the player has been pointed or sent out to. The
game is split into five episodes referred to as Acts.
