Changes in the V1.01 patch:
First of all Voice Over Net is enabled.
Second of all you can change resolutions in the game itself. For some
reason this is disabled in the original version.
Third of all (the negative) the External view (F7 and F8) are disabled.
You are now not able to make nice screenshots by walking 200 meters away
from the camera or into it :(
Installation & Rip Info
Unzip, extract into the game dir, overwrite existing files.
Run patch.bat
This update works fine on both rip and iso.
