v1.05 requires v1.04 installed. v1.05 has a new in-game
camera system, quantum destabilizer tweaks, "ctf_forcejoin"
now works, and other bug fixes.
Note: Shortly after the release of the 1.05 patch, it was found out
that the camera system didn't work. We took the liberty of including the
fix in here also.
