Here are the level codes, enjoy:

NO CD:

If you would like to play the game without the CD inserted, copy the
entire /LEVELS dir from the installation CD to your install directory
so that you have /your_installed_directory/LEVELS/contents_from_CD_LEVELDIR

Then, copy the included dino.exe over the installed dino.exe and you
will no longer need to have the game CD to play.

GENERAL NOTES:

You nukers are out of control.  Within seconds of this release you made
false assumptions and nuked a legit title for being "kiddie."  You did
a 2-second web search on your little engine, found a kiddie title of the
same name, and assumed this was that title.

Well, IT'S NOT KIDDIE.
