How To Use:
Changes to Version 1.07c
* The game should now work even if your soundcard drivers are not installed.
* A system code which made the game not working on older win95 systems have
been fixed.
* There have been some tweaks to vassalisations and relations.
* Lagout counters are now reset when messagebox pops up.
* Chat is also accessible from Tab.
* Multiplayer chat text is now shown much longer on screen, and is also stored
in the log.
UnRAR and apply the patch to the directory where you installed Europa
Universalis into. Now just copy the crack from the RAR file over the updated
one
