NOTE:
If you played Razor's release beyond the startup screen you might have already
noticed that many things don't work. Like mouse functions dont bring up menus
etc. (e.g. try calling a cab and see where you can go ;)
To put a long story short:
Razor's exe doesn't work, they didn't test properly long enough I guess..shit happens.
Here comes the fix.

INSTALL:
- replace the bad razor sims.exe with ours
