For the people that want to play the 1.1 patch without a CD mounted or in
the drive.
1. Unrar.
2. If you used the NOCD patch by PWZiSO copy over the original exe into your
gamedir.
3. Install the update.
4. Copy over the cracked executable.
5. Eject Play CD from drive or dismount from Daemon Tools.
6. Play the game.
