Patch notes:

- Improved stability while using Alt Tab.
- Fixed a problem with item requirements not being met.
- Interface resizing for usability.
- Added cheat protection. Players that have modified game data will be
unclassified in the ladder.
- The jaguar enemy has been rebalanced

Release info:

A certain banned group released this patch earlier, normally we wouldn't
even consider mentioning their release, but we feel like we should mention
a few of the flaws in their release.

Besides the fact that they used a securom protected executable and copy
pasted the securom code into the starforce executable and incorrectly claim
to have cracked a starforce exe for this patch, even their faked securom/
starforce crack has several incorrectly fixed calls causing game crashes.

Regarding the note in the invalid release of
Need.for.Speed.ProStreet.PROPER.CRACK.ONLY-ViTALiTY.

We could write a long note about all the known misdeeds of ViTALiTY and
their members, but we feel like there is no need to publicize all of this
info to the outside world. We feel that a group exhibiting such behavior
and writing such blatant lies has no place releasing in this scene.
