Ok, ViTALiTY rightfully propered us on this one for failing to fix
an OpenEvent-Check. We missed it - sad but true. However there are
two checks on this one and it seems ViTALiTY only fixed the one we
missed  but overlooked the one we DID manage to fix. So that's the
story,  we  now  bring  you  our final one with both checks fixed.
Btw. please stop making the scene insecure with crazy .JPG's, it's
not  helping  anyone  and  we are still not QUARTEX, please accept
this fact.

the consequence is if this is not fixed properly.
Also  we think a few people might appreciate an executable of 1.83
MB instead of 11.6 MB.
