RELEASE NOTES: First of all, let me explain the last release of mine.
Mech Warrior 2 Patch/Crack... I saw this release (fake, fake) on a
board, unzipped it on one of my computers, ran it, saw it needed a
crack, coded up a crack, tried it, and saw it needed more memory .. At
the time, I had to leave, so I wasn't able to try other memory configs,
just released the crack .. Needless to say, it has been found to be a
fake ... I apologize, however, I didn't release MW2, just the crack,
so find and kill them...
Ok, well, this is a partial English Fix for In Extremis, released
by Razor 1911 .. It will translate most of the French that you need to
play the game .. I had hoped to release a full fix, but alas, I don't
speak any French, and my hard disk failed for 2 days, which postponed
even this release... I may still come out with a complete fix.
To run the fix, copy PW-EXTRE.* into your Extremis directory, and
run PW-EXTRE.EXE which will patch the necessary files with the new
english (PW-EXTRE.1, PW-EXTRE.2), you may then delete the PW-EXTRE.*
files .. However, once you have fixed to English, if you want to go
back to French, you can .. type PW-EXTRE -f at the command line, and
it should translate to French (using PW-EXTRE.3, PW-EXTRE.4) .. Any-
how, looks like a fun 3D-ish game... So g'luck
