Divine decided to release a beta of this brilliant game mere days ago,
Paradigm is proud to give you the final. Read below for information as
to the differences between the Divine beta - and our final.
- DarkStone:
Enter the world of Darkstone and leave your identity at the door.
Surviving this medieval world, living under the shadow of a nefarious
dragon, will require nothing less than a complete transformation.
As a knight, monk, thief, or sorcerer, you will creep through dungeons,
explore towns and wilderness, and slay armies of nasty enemies on your
quest to collect seven crystals that can defeat your firebreathing
nemesis.
Look deep inside yourself. Is there a dragon slayer within?
The world of DarkStone is a vast one..
- Simultaneous control of 2 characters
- Quest Generator creates a unique quest at the beginning of every new
game (tens of thousands of combinations of quests are possible),
assuring that no two games are ever the same.

- Full camera control (orientation and zoom)

Unlike other games, Darkstone was not released in other countries before,
so DVN can only have done a beta (DVN even installed their beta before it
went officially gold).
Ripped:
Speech and movies - expect no addon.
Installation:
Unzip and unace manually or with Install.exe. Then unace the crack.ace
to your gamedir. Start the game with Darkstone.exe. Make sure you have
the latest DXMedia installed (get it from Microsoft).
GROUP NEWS
Join #paradigm and talk to an op if you live on the East Coast and have
access to a T3 or better and an EB and/or Babbages around the corner.
