Release Note:
We welcome the trading expertise of Night Warrior and Mystic to the Knights
of the Light Order. We are also pleased to welcome Youngblood home to FLT,
the group he helmed in some of FairLight's earliest PC days.
We're aware of the Settlers 3 fans out there, so we felt it appropriate to
provide you with the first Settlers 3 Mission Disc; providing enough added
campaigns and challenging mission goals to renew your interest in a game
that may have gone back on your shelf. When those campaigns become played
out, you can use the Settlers 3 Level Editor to create your own challenging
landscapes. The protection was a strange check for cd errors/length, but
was no match for Moelch. Kindest regards - FairLight 99.
Install Note:
When upon installation you are asked to input a serial number, simply run
the key-maker we provided (S3SERIAL.EXE) located on the root of the CD.
Use the generated code when prompted. Enjoy!
Additional Note:
Internet multiplayer will not work. Blue Byte uses a server/serial scheme
of protection similar to Blizzard's Battle.Net. The other multiplayer
modes work flawlessly, so playing with friends is not impossible.
ANNOUNCING: FAIRLIGHT DOX
FairLight is pleased to announce we are forming a FAIRLIGHT DOX division.
If you remember years ago how groups like FairLight and INC released
walk-throughs and key references etc... well we are going to revive that
tradition and through FLTDOX, bring you walk-throughs/strategy guides
written for gamers and by gamers. As well as coded trainers and cheats,
and scanned reference cards/manuals. If you've ever been completely
stuck in a game and unable to get hints on how to proceed, or if you've
ever had a game (i.e. a flight simulator) that had controls so complex
there is no way you could learn/understand them without the manuals, have
no fear - FLTDOX will be your guide.
* If you enjoy playing games (warez or ISO) very thoroughly, completing
games, and are able to write walk-throughs and strategy guides with a
certain degree of grammatically correct English - CONTACT US! (A sample
will be required!)
* If you have experience coding TSR game-trainers - CONTACT US! (A sample
of your work will be required! Please apply with references.)
* If you have a quality scanner (color or otherwise), are able to acquire
boxed copies of NEW games, and are able to scan their manuals - CONTACT
