Release Notes
At the beginning of Conflict Zone, you can choose from one of two campaigns--one
following the International Corps for Peace and the other focusing on the
terrorist organization known simply as Ghost. Each of the two campaigns has a
unique story, as well as a setting that takes place in different parts of the
world. For example, the initial missions for the ICP start out in the Ukraine,
where the Ghost terrorist organization has seized several small towns.
Conversely, the Ghost campaign starts out in the Sahara Desert, where you must
capture several valuable oil-producing areas.
Using an interesting proprietary 3D engine and plenty of authentic real-world
equipment and weaponry Conflict Zone also promises to reflect the role that the
media has in current conflicts with political goals, media profiles and public
opinion being just some of the arbiters of your success. Players will also gain
access to unique AI commanders who will manage tasks like defence, construction
and infiltration on your behalf. How you manage civilians and non-combatants
will also play a crucial role, with ICP charged with protecting non-combatants
while GHOST will be able to capture and brainwash them to their cause.
Since this is Cdilla2 you must have a CDR capable of burning clones with this
type of protection (as in most of the cdilla2 games lately). If you have daemon
tool installed the clone will not work (anti daemon tool protection is evil).
::CaliSO News & Information::
Who is Caliso? Well if you have been in the scene several years you would know
we used to release Games and Apps. However, all of us have gone on to bigger
things (not necessarily better :) yet the group has remained friendly and is
still what I consider to be the nicest group of guys/gals ever assembled in
one group. Anyway, a few of us said "we should release something again"..
and therefore....you have this CloneCD image :) Will we do more? I would say yes.
