DPS is sad to say goodbye to Phed Land our longest running FTP. The admin.
no longer wanted DPS files on the site. Also goodbye to Riot's Oldwarez FTP
site. But, we give a nice warm welcome to the new GREAT FTP site Ionosphere.
Hopefully, we can have him for our WHQ soon. We are allways on the lookout
