U7Win9x.zip contains a utility which will allow you to play Ultima 7 in
Windows 95/98 environments. If you wish to play this in Windows 2000, refer
to the author's web site (contained in the readme file).
U7GM.zip contains Newton's General Midi Compatibility patch which allows
any GM-compatible card to play GM music throughout the game. If you want to
use it, just unzip it and follow the instructions.
U7.txt contains an important list of coordinates you'll need at one spot in
the game (Trinsic), so when you're prompted to check your map for
coordinates, plus consult the mentioned text file instead. It also contains
a list of Q/A's that Batlin will ask you at one point in the game.
Run Install.exe to change your sound options, and Ultima7.com to play.
