PLOT SUMMARY
Master horror filmmaker Jess Franco (Count Dracula) established a
formidable reputation in Spanish exploitation cinema throughout
the 1960s and 70s. Arguably one of his most infamous and cult-worthy
works, Vampyros Lesbos, is a tripped-out erotic cocktail of nudity,
psychedelic soft-core lesbianism and sexy vampire action. Countess
Nadine Carody (the stunning Soledad Miranda in one of her final
performances) is a sapphic vampiress with an insatiable thirst for
female blood. Luring young women to her isolated island.... she
romances them and then kills in ecstasy! Linda Westing (Ewa Str
mberg) falls under the Countess seductive spell, only to discover
a living nightmare she may never be able to escape. Driven by Franco s
famous retro soundtrack, outrageous sets and blood glistening makeup,
this uncut high-definition version captures the pure essence of
