New 2K transfer. Compared to the old release, this has the
original 1:1.85 AR and considerably more information
(less cropped). However the PQ is still not all that great
(likely will never get much better due to source), which is
why we went internal with it. For comparison see here:

We used this chance to apply the forthcoming rules changes,
so this encode is using CRF, MOD2, SUP files and audio
commentaries.
