Old disc is extremely soft and lacks grain.

The old MGM disc had am audio 5.1 upmix
from the original 2.0. New one uses the original
audio mix. According to various reviews, the 5.1
has very little benefits in terms of seperations.
..This movie encode could have used about double
the bitrate..
