Notes : I would normally use a mono mp3 for this type of
audio, accept all my encodes came out really
quiet. Im not sure if one channel was really
quiet, and the mono encode was just using that
channel -- or what.
It didn't seem to be the AC3 decoder settings
because the .wav from the decoder was at a normal
