M O V i E   S U M M A R Y

Takashi Ishii continues to explore the dark side of Tokyo in this sequel
to "Black Angel". This time Yuki Amami plays Mayu, a female assassin
known as the Black Angel. The film opens with a hit on a Yakuza boss
that goes terribly wrong and leaves an innocent woman's husband fatally
shot. Mayu, the widow, and the intended target's bodyguard become
involved in a tangled web of friendship and revenge that can only end in
despair. Takashi Ishii's direction makes for a dark, gritty, and intense
movie using violence as an expression of anguish. Yuki Amami handles the
role of the cool professional assassin with courage and unflinching
intensity. DD 2.0 Japanese audio with SRT English Subtitles.
